"الخفوس": عندما تحدثت الاكتئاب قبل أن أتمكن من تسميته،
بعد زيارة أكثر من 30 مدينة في المملكة العربية السعودية، اندمجت مع الناس وعوالمهم
في هذه الحلقة، أشارك كيف تم تشكيل فهمي للنفس البشرية -
لقد شاركت مشاعر لم أستطع تسميتها لمدة 30 عامًا—أطلق عليها اسم الخوفوس، وهي كلمة عربية تشير إلى حفرة في الأرض.
خلال 22 يومًا في سكن المطار، بدأت تلك الظلمة تأخذ معناها. منذ ذلك الحين، أخبرني الكثيرون أنهم يستخدمون الخوفوس لوصف اكتئابهم الخاص.
تستكشف هذه الحلقة كيف أعادت تلك الرحلة تشكيل فهمي للمعنى والاتصال والإنسانية - بعد السفر لأكثر من 15,000 كيلومتر والإقامة في 40 منزلاً من غرباء طيبين رحبوا بي. تعلمت الحكمة والهدوء وإحساس هادئ بالرضا.
